BM 50-280 Clamp Bench
The 50-280 clamp installed on the bench consists of one part which does the tightening, and another part which performs tightening and breaking out.
The 2 parts can be placed at a specific distance apart, either manually by loosening the bolts underneath the slewing ring, or hydraulically simply by operating a control lever.
The BM280 clamp bench is made in two versions:

BM630 Clamp Bench
The BM630 Clamp Bench is built using sturdy structural steel, to tighten and break out cylindrical threaded parts with a diameter of between 80 and 630 mm and a length of between 1200 and 4000 mm.
FEATURES
The BM630 clamp bench is divided up into two zones
Zone “A”
Zone “A”: Control unit assembly, which generates a working pressure of 250 bar and a flow rate of 60 l/min, consisting of the following
Zone “B”
Zone “B”: Clamp assembly consisting of two clamps designed for breaking out diameters of between 80mm and up to 630mm
Zone “A” consists of:

- 150-LITRE TANK;
- 30 kW – 4pole – 400/690V-50Hz ELECTRIC MOTOR;
- DISTRIBUTOR WITH 10 LEVERS, 2 OF WHICH ARE FREE;
- SOLENOID VALVES;

Zone “B” consists of:

Clamp bench accessories
Remote control
Remote control or mobile push-button panel to control all clamp bench functions remotely.
Mobile supports
The supports are designed to align the centre of the rod with the clamps, to facilitate and fine-tune the tightening and breaking out operations.
Pressure gauges
The pressure gauges are designed to check, increase or decrease the pressure of the clamp cylinders.
