Complete grout injector
The complete grout injector comprises the injection unit, measuring 1100 x 1050 x 1500 mm, and the mixer, which mixes water and cement and measures 900 mm in diameter and 1600 mm in height.
The injector is equipped with a hydraulic power unit integrated into the structure. The mixer, driven by an electric motor with a gear motor, consists of two stacked cylindrical tanks, each with a capacity of 150 liters. In addition to the 150-liter mixer, we also produce a model with a capacity of 300 liters, which measures 1280 mm in diameter and 1590 mm in height. To ensure proper homogeneity and quality of the mixture to be injected, we have added a turbo mixer capable of producing 10 m³/h of grout. The turbo mixer has dimensions of 1100 mm (width) x 1500 mm (depth) x 1525 mm (height).

Grout injector
The grout injector ensures injection into specific cavities or structures. It consists of a 7.35 kW electric motor with an axial piston pump that allows the cement flow rate to vary from 10 l/min to 60 l/min with pressures ranging from 30 to 85 bar. The control unit, in addition to ensuring the pressure of the injector, feeds 2 auxiliary sockets that can be used for the double-acting packer, which ensure the expansion and contraction of the rubbers.
Siemens PLC
Thanks to the pump with variable flow rate and Siemens-type PLC, the injector is able to follow the specifications required on the construction site. With this automation system, you can view all pre-set injection data remotely. Through this monitoring that can be performed by PLC, the work done on the construction site can be visualized with a complete printable report of the flow rates and pressures used.

Grout injector optionals
The injector can be fitted with appropriate optionals which simplify the operator’s task. The optionals are not only of great help to the operator, but they also make the work area completely independent from the other machines, since we are in a position to offer our customers not only the machine for injecting but also a silenced current GENERATOR with a Ruggerini 4-stroke diesel engine and electric ignition, which powers the injector and the mixer. The generator allows the use of 220 and 380V equipment. Other optionals include the REMOTE RADIO CONTROL to start and stop the injection cycle, AUXILIARY SOCKETS, a STAND to be positioned near the injection, on which the oil and cement pressure can be read, and a JET FLOW to record and visualize in real time the instantaneous pressure, the instantaneous flow rate and the volume of pumped fluid.
