Special hydraulic cylinders

Special hydraulic cylinders are made at the customer’s specific request. Cylinder construction entails the customisation of every individual component.
The cylinders are built and customised to the buyer’s specifications, so components such as the chrome-plated rods, smoothed tubes, torch cutting in S355JR, eyes in C45, endplates in ASTM A105 and more, have non-standard dimensions and are made in close collaboration with the customer.

Preliminary:

THE CUSTOMER SPECIFIES THE CHARACTERISTICS OF THE CYLINDER WE NEED TO MAKE, WE CONDUCT A FEASIBILITY STUDY TO COMMENCE PRODUCTION ACCORDING TO THEIR REQUESTS.

Design:

OUR TEAM OF PROFESSIONALS, WITH THE HELP OF CUTTING-EDGE COMPUTER-ASSISTED DESIGN TOOL, DESIGNS THE REQUEST USING CAD SYSTEMS.

Selection:

WITH THE SUPPORT OF HUMAN CAPITAL, BACKED BY MORE THAN FORTY YEARS OF EXPERIENCE, WE SELECT THE MATERIALS (MADE IN ITALY) TO MANUFACTURE THE SPECIAL CYLINDER.

Production:

WE DIVIDED PRODUCTION UP INTO PHASES: INSPECTION OF THE PRODUCTS SELECTED, CUTTING OF ELEMENTS, PROCESSING WITH HIGH-TECH LATEST-GENERATION TOOLS, FOLLOWED BY WELDING, ASSEMBLY AND TESTING.

Testing:

THE TESTING PHASE IS VERY IMPORTANT, AND IT ENTAILS THE USE OF INNOVATIVE TECHNOLOGICAL TOOLS TO CHECK THE CORRECT FUNCTIONING OF THE CYLINDER AND GUARANTEE
CONFORMITY, STRENGTH AND STABILITY OVER TIME.

Delivery:

ONCE THE METICULOUS CHECKING OF THE TESTING PHASE IS OVER, THE CYLINDER IS WRAPPED, PACKED AND SHIPPED AT THE CUSTOMER’S REQUEST.
