The special hydraulic cylinder is part of the category oleodynamic cylinders, it is made and customized to the specifications of the buyer therefore, the components, such as chrome plated stems, polished rods, oxidizers in S355JR, C45 eyes, ASTM A105 bottoms and more, have particular dimensions and are made in close collaboration with the customer.

The production of the special hydraulic cylinder can go into production on request with bores up to 900 and strokes up to 10,000 mm for any info consult our technical office.

PRELIMINARY

The customer highlights the characteristics of the cylinder to be built, then a feasibility study is carried out to start production according to demand.

PLANNING

Our team of professionals, assisted by cutting-edge design tools, realizes the request through CAD systems.

SELECTION

Through the support of a human capital with over forty years of experience, we select material (made in Italy) for the realization of the special cylinder.

PRODUCTION

We divide the production into phases: verification of the selected products, cutting of the elements, processing with high-tech tools and the latest generation, then move on to welding, assembly and testing.

TESTING

Testing is an important phase and takes place through the use of innovative technological tools to verify the correct functionality of the cylinder ensuring compliance, strength and stability over time.
