Separate rod unscrewing vise
The two parts that make up the vise have the capability to work independently of each other. For this reason, you can request either the clamping part or the unscrewing part separately. The supply of the complete vise or individual parts is accompanied by a user manual, maintenance manual, CE conformity declaration, spare parts catalog, and test certificate.
Kit
Drive kit
The hydraulic drive kit enables the proper functioning of all cylinders applied to the rod unscrewing clamps.
The main components of the drive kit include:
- 2 Block Valves
- 2 Accumulators
- 2 Flow Dividers
The kit is manufactured internally and sold either with the clamp or separately as an option.
Lifting kit
The lifting kit is a robust metal structure designed for unscrewing and extracting drilling rods. The technical characteristics of the clamp can be customized according to customer needs.
The main parts of the equipment are:
Clamping Group:
The group includes a swiveling upper clamping vise that allows rotation of the drilling rod from 0 to 30 degrees for unscrewing. The lower fixed clamping vise solely functions to hold the rod in place.
Unscrewing Group:
Once the upper clamping vise secures the rod, it can rotate within the cradle by activating the rotation cylinder.
Extraction Group:
This group enables the extraction of the drilling rods. Extraction occurs after the swiveling upper clamping vise secures the rod. This operation can only be performed when the lower clamping vise does not hold the rods in place.
The equipment is designed for durability and tailored to facilitate the precise unscrewing and extraction of drilling rods, meeting specific operational requirements.
