The hydraulic column vise is a tool in the range of drilling accessories production that allows for handling and extracting medium to large diameter steel pipes ranging from 400 to 900 mm deep up to 70 m.
Upon request, larger diameter column vises can be designed and/or necessary for customer applications.
The hydraulic column vise ensures high performance and reliability, being manufactured with selected materials and technical solutions derived from years of experience in the industry.
We are capable of designing and manufacturing column vises of different sizes based on customer requests beyond the models already produced, such as the 600 mm and the largest 900 mm column vises.

Hydraulic drill
The hydraulic drill must ensure a flow rate of 60 liters per minute and a pressure of 260 bar.
900mm Column Vise
We can propose the hydraulic system with a diesel engine for the 900mm column vise as follows:
- Complete T65 enclosure
- Power unit with Kohler KDI 1903 TCR diesel engine (42kW)
- 45cc piston pump
- Oil tank of 150 liters
- 12V air/oil heat exchanger
- 8-section flow sharing distributor
- Hydraulic block with 16 external outlets (excluding couplings)
- Special 16-function remote control for the column vise.
